Pricing

Straight pricing, after a straight test.

We don't publish a generic price list because a generic price list can't account for your actual water. Every quote comes after a free in-home test, so the price you get matches the system your home actually needs.

1

Free water test

We test your water on-site for hardness, iron, sulfur, chlorine, pH, and sediment. No cost, no obligation.

2

Written recommendation & price

You get a specific system recommendation with a clear, written price before anything is scheduled.

3

Decide on your own timeline

Move forward when you're ready, finance if that's helpful, or simply keep the results. No pressure either way.

What affects your price

A handful of factors determine your final price, all of which come out of your free test:

  • Whether you're on municipal water or a private well
  • Which issues your test actually shows (hardness, iron, sulfur, chlorine, sediment, bacteria)
  • The size of your household and typical daily water use
  • Whether you choose a single-issue fix or a complete system

We'll always show you the option that matches your test results first, and let you know if a smaller or larger system makes more sense for your budget.

Financing Available

Qualifying customers can finance their system instead of paying up front. We'll walk you through options as part of your recommendation, no separate application hoops before you even know your price.

Common Questions

Pricing, answered honestly.

Why isn't pricing listed on the website?
Every system we recommend is sized to your specific water test results, so a generic price list would either overstate or understate what your home actually needs. We give you an exact, written price after your free test, before any work is scheduled.
Is the water test really free with no obligation?
Yes. You'll get a clear explanation of what's in your water and a specific recommendation. If you'd rather shop around or do nothing at all, that's completely fine.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available for qualifying customers so you're not paying the full system cost up front. We'll walk you through options after your test.
Who actually installs the system?
A licensed, insured Louisiana plumbing subcontractor handles every install. Good Water Co manages the water test, recommendation, and scheduling; the physical plumbing work is done by a credentialed professional.
Is there a maintenance cost after install?
Most systems need periodic filter changes or salt refills. We'll explain exactly what your system needs and how often during your recommendation, and Good Care, our optional maintenance plan, can handle it for you.
